Hippo care believes in training our care staff to ensure high quality care and support services.

 

We offer Care Certificate training and diploma (NVQ) for all new starters and work placement provided after this training.

 

Training in the social care sector has changed for 2018 and staff will now be undertaking qualifications through the Regulated Qualifications Framework.

Our in-house training is provided by an experienced and competent trainer. Hippo care provides both mandatory and additional specific training as required to meet the assessed needs of people we support.

We offer personalised training for healthcare provider in the UK, as many concerned companies have a specific training need that is not always answered by open courses or off-the-shelf training programs.  

​

We offer tailor-made and targeted training workshops or high-impact, timely master courses, all designed to meet the specific needs of the company and learner.

We focus on meeting the needs of our clients through the provision of our policy training programmes that are effective and powerful and are either delivered as live, virtual instructor-led workshops or in-person courses. 

​

We also have free and funded accredited courses as follows: Mental health, Safeguarding and prevention, Dementia, End of life care. 

​

We also deliver epilepsy, diabetes, peg feed, health and social care diploma courses and other care related courses.  

​

We provide DBS checks, give references and can recommend trained and qualified people to sign up with you for care support work. 

​

We can deliver training at your preferred sites with short notice via zoom or face to face.  

​
